Madagascar produces more than 65% of the world's vanilla yet less than 5% of vanilla extract is made here. Since we work directly with vanilla farmers and produce our own extract in Madagascar. We have been able to create a positive impact within the farming communities but also for the industry in Madagascar.
Here at MUST Vanilla Gourmet we have hand selected our vanilla beans from the world renowned SAVA region in Madagascar, spent months curing the vanilla, to allow for over 300 natural flavor and aroma compounds to be released, then bottled into this extract.
